Edgardo Villanueva is the President and founder of E.M.S.I., a bilingual Management Consulting Firm originally based in Southern California and now with headquarter offices in Chicago.
Throughout a consulting career of more than 30 years, he has advised management in diverse industries including: manufacturing, services, distribution, tourism, hospitality and health care.
Mr. Villanueva, a native of Lima, Peru, is fluent in Spanish and English and has developed an excellent reputation as a bilingual / bicultural consultant. In the course of his international assignments he has also established extensive business relations in Latin America through his work with foreign companies and colleagues.
Mr. Villanueva’s primary expertise is in the area of Human Resources Management and Labor Relations. The types of completed assignments include many successful counter organizing “campaigns” to maintain a Union Free workplace. In the H.R. field the assignments also include work in the development and presentation of management and bilingual supervisory training
programs and the design and implementation of Personnel Management and communication systems.
